Die in unseren Breiten am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendete Methode ist das <strong>Betonfundament<\/strong>. Selbst w\u00e4hrend des Baus spart es das Material, da es nicht so schwere Lasten wie bei Ziegel- oder Betonbauten aufnehmen muss.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mit dem SE-SIP-Konstruktionssystem k\u00f6nnen die Geb\u00e4udefundamente auch aus Platten hergestellt werden. <strong>Eine alternative und einzigartige L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Fundamentbau sind Schraubpf\u00e4hlen.<\/strong> Der Bau der Fundamentplatte auf Schraubpf\u00e4hlen f\u00fcr ein Einfamilienhaus dauert 2 bis 3 Tage und f\u00fchrt zu keiner Landzerst\u00f6rung. Eine St\u00fctzstruktur aus Holz- oder Stahltr\u00e4gern, auf der SE-SIP 210 mm-Platten platziert sind, wird auf gebohrten Schraubpf\u00e4hlen angebracht. Nach dem Aufbringen werden die Fundamentfedern an der Fundamentplatte verankert und bilden die Basis f\u00fcr das Konstruktionssystem. An der Fundamentfeder wird ein eingebettetes KVH-Element angebracht, um die Platten zu installieren.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Der Aufbau der Au\u00dfenw\u00e4nde<\/strong> beginnt an der Ecke des Geb\u00e4udes und setzt sich um den Umfang herum fort. Nach ihrer Fertigstellung folgt der Aufbau von inneren Trennw\u00e4nden. Schlie\u00dflich werden h\u00f6lzerne KVH-Elemente von oben in die Befestigungsnuten eingesetzt, um die Platten miteinander zu st\u00fctzen. Die Platten k\u00f6nnen einen vorbereiteten Tunnel f\u00fcr die Verkabelung enthalten. Alle Platten sind gem\u00e4\u00df der Projektdokumentation gekennzeichnet und ma\u00dfgeschneidert, sodass die Installation der Platten sehr einfach, schnell und pr\u00e4zise ist.<\/p>\n\n  \n    <div Um eine Deckenstruktur auszubauen, haben wir verschiedene L\u00f6sungen. Die Decke kann aus KVH, BSH-Deckenelementen, L-Holzbalken, SE-SIP-Platten oder CLT bestehen. Die Eignung der verwendeten Materialien h\u00e4ngt von der statischen Beurteilung des Projektarchitekten und den Anforderungen der Kunden ab. Das SIP-Bausystem schafft im Wesentlichen sowohl ein strukturelles als auch ein isolierendes Element des Daches. Der Dachboden ist daher direkt mit SIP-Platten isoliert und es ist kein zus\u00e4tzlicher Einsatz von D\u00e4mmstoffen erforderlich. Die Verbindungen sind gerade und pr\u00e4zise, so dass der Innenraum eine endg\u00fcltige Basis f\u00fcr die Installation von Gips- oder Fasergipsplatten hat, die direkt auf die Platte angebracht werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die SIP-Platte ist auch eine ideale L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Flachd\u00e4cher.
