SIPEUROPE stellt ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Platten her, die gem\u00e4\u00df der Projektdokumentation gekennzeichnet sind. In dieser Phase werden die Schnittpl\u00e4ne optimiert. Unsere Kunden erhalten daher vorgefertigte und gekennzeichnete Platten ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Formgebung. Die Werksbedingungen und die Maschinentechnologie sorgen f\u00fcr enorme Geschwindigkeit, Pr\u00e4zision und Effizienz bei der Herstellung des SE-SIP-Bausystems. Die Sandwichplatte wird durch Kleben des Isolierkerns zwischen zwei 15 mm OSB TOP 4-Platten gebildet. Dann h\u00e4rtet die Platte aus und reift in einer hydraulischen Werkstattpresse. Nach dem Aush\u00e4rten werden die Platten formatiert und markiert.
